By purchasing Pause for Work you’re helping Mind provide support and advice for people experiencing mental health problems. Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem.

How does it work?

We all have times when our wellbeing needs a boost. Pause for Work is the ideal gift to encourage staff members to find the space to make that happen and focus on their wellbeing. Each box includes: 
- an inspirational notebook with positive quotes
- personalised gift message from you (one message per order)
- a reflection card
- an activity that will allow the recipient to take five minutes for themselves and relax

How about delivery?

All our boxes have free UK delivery, and your order can be delivered to one or multiple addresses. So whether you have office, home or hybrid workers, no-one has to miss out!

Our usual delivery time is 3-5 working days from dispatch, but this may be longer for larger orders. 

Due to ongoing strikes with Royal Mail, delivery could be longer than estimated, so please be patient if you order doesn't arrive within our standard timings. If you have a query about an order, please get in touch.
