Orders
You can contact us by sending an email to supporterrelations@mind.org.uk or calling us on 0208 215 2243.
If you have a query regarding a specific product, we recommend referring to the product FAQs - you can find these further down this page - for contact information related to that particular product.
Absolutely! Adding a donation to your order is incredibly simple. You have two options: you can either do it directly from your cart, or you can explore our website to find the donations product and add the desired amount as a product to your cart.
Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer these services.
Delivery
At checkout, you'll find delivery options and costs on our website. After selecting your preferred option, your order will be delivered on the chosen date or within the specified period. Delivery dates provided are estimates unless a specific date is agreed upon. We aim to fulfill orders within the agreed period, but any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
While we make an effort to consolidate deliveries whenever feasible, it's important to note that certain items may be dispatched from different warehouses. As a result, there is a chance that deliveries may arrive separately.
Returns
To cancel your order, or to contact us for any returns query please email us at supporterrelations@mind.org.uk. To help us process your cancellation more quickly, please have your order number ready or include it in the email or cancellation form you send to us.
We cannot offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
Information booklets
We publish a limited amount of our content as printed booklets and leaflets. To see our full range of online information resources by topic, visit our A-Z of mental health.
If your order has not arrived, or is significantly delayed, please get in touch with publications@mind.org.uk, and we will be able to provide a replacement or refund.
If your organisation is unable to pay by card, please contact us at publications@mind.org.uk as we may be able to facilitate an invoice for orders over £50.
