'How to grow your sunflowers

In Spring fill small pots with compost and drop one seed per pot on the top of each pot. Cover with more compost and water. Place somewhere warm and bright and keep moist. When seedlings are a few inches high, plant outside in a sunny spot and watch them grow. Please don't eat them!
