Our Game Changing Partnership

  • Why has Mind partnered with the English Football League (EFL)? 

By joining forces, Mind and the EFL are using the power of football to improve the nation's mental health and wellbeing, and to change lives. With 21 million fans attending EFL matches each season (and 55 million watching on TV), this partnership presents a unique opportunity for Mind to reach a huge audience. 

We want to raise awareness of mental health amongst clubs and fans, as well as raising funds to support life changing mental health services across England and Wales. 

  • How will your badge help? 

The money raised from your badge purchase will go towards funding our life changing services.

Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. That's one person in every family, hundreds of football players and thousands of football fans. Wearing your 'On Your Side' badge shows support for Mind and the EFL's partnership, to help us make sure that no one had to face a mental health problem alone. 

We would love to share a photo of you and your badge on social media to help us reach even more people. Remember to tag @MindCharity and use the hashtag #OnYourSide.

Our website has lots of information, advice and support available on how to look after your mental health. Please visit Mind.org.uk for more information.

Badge Product FAQs 

  • What are the delivery options and costs? 

Standard delivery (5-10 working days) is free on all orders. Please note delivery times over the Christmas trading period may be slightly longer (orders placed between 24th December - 2nd January).

Unfortunately, we don't currently deliver badges outside of the UK. Please contact us at [email protected] for any international badge requests. 

  • When will I receive my order? 

We aim to deliver all badge orders within 10 working days of receiving the order. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please contact [email protected]

  • The badge I want to purchase is out of stock, what should I do? 

Our exclusive On Your Side badge are limited edition so we cannot guarantee that they will be re-stocked. Please feel free to email us if you would like to register your interest for a product that is currently out of stock. 

  • What should I do if I would like a refund or replacement? 

For any general enquiries about refunds or exchanges please contact [email protected]

Incorrect/ faulty products: Please email us with your order reference and am image of the damage, so that we can advise on suitable solutions. 

Refunds/ exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the badge(s) for an exchange or full refund (excluding return postage), within 28 days of your purchase date, as long as the items are in their original sold condition.

Please enclose a note with your contact details and whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an alternative product, please specify this within your note. 

We recommend if you do return any products back to us you send it recorded delivery. Mind will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
